This suggestion form is the best way for us to keep track of all of the ideas and suggestions that you have for us.
If you have a specific project that you would like to submit to us please see the Guidelines for Submission form
The committee begins taking suggestions and project requests in August of each year.
If you would like your project proposal to be brought before the voters at the next Annual Town Meeting (in the Spring) you need to submit your suggestion to the committee BEFORE November 28th.
Project suggestions received after that date cannot be brought to the Spring Meeting by the committee due to the lenghly process and amount of work necessary to create and finalize the CPC Warrant Articles.
(We don't have any paid staff and we're all volunteers... so please file your submissions early so that we have time before the warrant articles need to be written)
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact any of the committee members
